Creating Better Days for Boston’s Youth.

Greater Boston may be known for its more than 50 renowned colleges and universities, but far too many students are trying to succeed without a stable place to live. Better Days Home for the Youth is a 501c3 that offers a space where young people can focus on school, not survival.

We support Boston-area students ages 18–24 who are navigating housing insecurity. Our mission is rooted in equity, inclusion, and belonging— first-generation students, LGBTQ+ students, and students from Black, immigrant, or Indigenous communities face even greater challenges. Many of the students we serve have aged out of youth programs and don’t feel safe or supported in adult shelter systems. Better Days offers a student-centered alternative built on respect, structure, and care.

We’re more than a place to stay—we’re a place to grow. Every young adult deserves the chance to find their footing and move toward a brighter tomorrow.

Support Beyond Housing

At Better Days Home for the Youth, we know that stability is about more than just a place to sleep. That’s why we provide wraparound services designed to help young adults thrive—not just survive.
